Birney Tech Academy is committed to providing students with every opportunity to reach their educational goals. To achieve these goals, it is necessary that a strong partnership be established with parents and guardians so that they will become an integral part of their children’s learning experience. Therefore, it is the policy of Birney Elementary School to involve parents in many different ways.
